DCS is needed and required for combat.

Do not detach or turn off your DCS during combat or immediately after.

You are a target and welcoming combat if your DCS is active (/9on).

If you do not want to engage in combat, go noncombative with /9off if you have not already been attacked.

Do not harass noncombative players to set their meter to a combative state so you can fight them.

Do not attack someone that is not wearing a DCS or is noncombative.

Do not use methods to unfairly camp for XP
