Toxia has been under siege the last several days by a new threat to the city. Unspeakable monsters appeared creating havok for the citizens of the city. A photographer managed to capture this image, moments before meeting his demise, of the monsters as they appeared on Toxic Beach. After the attack the camera was recovered so that we may bring you this photo documenting the new threat facing the city. |

You heard it here first, boys and girls. The Toxic Queen made an appearance in the wee hours of the early morning seeking to destroy the city we all have come to call "home" and the citizens responded back with fury as bullets pelted the Toxic Queen from all directions. Casualties were high as the Toxic Queen unleashed her malice upon the citizens and yet when the smoke cleared, among the dead and injured citizens lay the fallen Toxic Queen. Her armies of Toxic Waste monsters and Toxic Reapers came to her aid but it was too late for the fallen queen. This photograph was taken by a brave soul who approached the fallen queen moments before her body sunk into the ground. Please take caution if you approach the corpse as many have discovered that her toxicity is still very high and she has injured a few curious onlookers from the grave with her toxic corpse. |

| TOXIAN CITY is a dark urban live action role playing game (LARP) built within Second Life. The city’s setting is what is left of a blue collar town after a major disaster hit. The build was designed to evoke a sense of horror and give the characters a variety of interesting settings to roleplay within. Toxia is an open form RPG where you can freely develop and play your character within the construct of the Toxian mythos. The dynamic roleplay is primarily driven by the creative players with occasional storylines run by the staff. The players have a common enemy; a variety of Toxian themed fully scripted NPC monsters to battle and unite against. Using the Dynamic Combat System (DCS) as a Combat Meter it allows the players to play out their character more realistically with various races and powers available appropriate for their race of choice. Toxia supports the following races into its mythos : Vampires, Werewolves, Supernaturals, Elves, Mutants, Demons, Angels, Cybernetics, and Humans. |
